Today we come together to receive the body and blood of our Savior Jesus Christ. As the apostle Paul taught his church, whoever eats the bread and drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord (I Corinthians 11:17-34). A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks with out recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment upon himself. May we prepare through forgiveness and repentance to receive communion in a worthy and God-honoring manner.

The council has established a computer fund to replace the aging church computer. The cost will be from $800 to $1,100. Thus far there is $830. If you would like to contribute to this please mark your contribution accordingly.

Faith Comes By Hearing
The offering for Faith Comes By Hearing was $410. This will cover almost half of the cost to record the gospel of Mark in the language of the Moken people. Thank you for your reaching the lost so they may have faith by hearing the word of Christ (Romans 10:17). You may give again or at a later date. Simply mark your check on the memo line: Faith Comes By Hearing.
